Problem fixed. It turns out, I may have been dropped on my head as a child too many times. I forgot to turn the assets ON when I downloaded them. Lol. Thanks for the responses. These are really cool, they add a great level of realism to my cities. Great work, thank you.

Might want to try unsubscribing and re-subscribing if they still aren't appearing. I've had it occur where the subscriptions get "stuck" and don't completely download.

Wow quick reply thanks lol. I haven't tried searching "spence" yet, I'll try that. I get absolutely nothing when I search "mall" and "stripmall". I know it's on "all" search mode too. Strange.

Great work! I baulked at 1x2 assets having such large textures until I read the collection info, but you'd done a great job giving each asset an excellent texture without hammering my system. Thanks!

Best to recommend is TPB's great mod "Building Anarchy". It offers full control over all buildings and growables can still upgrade here, have fun :)
