This set of buildings will add some realism to your low-density commercial zones.
They were built to align wall-to-wall so you can create strip malls of various sizes.
However, they can also be used on their own as individual shops!

They are individual, growable buildings, so if you want to build something like the screenshots you need to use Find It! and Move It! to find and place the buildings.

If you want to use them with Ploppable RICO you can follow this guide to convert them to RICO assets.

Every building in this collection shares the same 2048x1024 textures. This size is a little large for 1x2/2x2 growables on their own, so please use Loading Screen Mod to make sure the textures are only loaded once. This also means that you can use every building in this collection for the memory cost of a single set of textures :)

They have a color map on the awning and have random color variations. I used Painter mod to make their colors match in the screenshots.
