@mongchat : For one part I manually created them, for the other part, I used a tool I created myself to improve my workflow.
The tool can be found here :

how did you create these custom factions? using a specific tool or manually creating entire configs for them?

@Raptoid : Keys seem to work fine on my side. No idea sorry. I have no time to update the mod at the moment sorry.

I think maybe the mod content was updated without a key update, if you could ever get around to resigning the keys it would be much appreciated.

Does anyone have key problems on their server? I have both keys loaded from the folder to the server but it's still saying I don't have them.

Well, I just tried the NPFD and just like the Picaros they just all speak different languages.

@Giro : In fact they already have the french voices. ;)
And I don't mind dependencies with BI DLCs

The African factions could get french voices from the APEX DLC, but if you don't want any more dependencies just give them the Altis English as well.

The Picaros and the Ejercito could use the spanish names from the Sahrani units included in CUP and have the Altis English voices just as the Sahrani units do. Currently when I play with the Picaros, all of my units have different voices in different languages (German appeared due to me owning Global Mobilization). All this just so they have a more South American feel to them.

Low probability but maybe some vietnamese PLAF (Viet Cong) units in the futur.
