What I do: give new recruits the sleeveless and have them fight using MA only to level. When they've lost a left arm go robotic and get them armor and weapon of your choice. MA serves as a lightweight backup weapon for their main.

Excellent mod, thanks! I had been using another like it but it spawned dozens of sleeveless coats in every armor shoppe.

@Zesty I'm aware that you can already get both versions of the longcoat aswell as the regular dustcoat, but the sleeveless dustcoat doesn't have a blueprint in the base game and is not craftable without this mod or another mod that also changes sleeveless dustcoats.

The purpose of this mod is to make it much easier to get the sleeveless variants because I thought it was silly that you needed to pay more money to learn how to cut the sleeves off your coats.

Not to poke a hole in your ship or nuffin, but you can find them already the Blueprints. The new lands of the map have a town owned by Techhunters that has a Library, thats one place to get the Sleeved and Sleeveless Orange and Black coats. Then Bars seemingly have some Blueprints too, then the "Oil rig town has a shop that sells them too.
