haha.
I use a translator.
We've installed and launched a community patch to activate the World War II scenario, and there are other modes that are new, including this mode. I've subscribed to a lot, but there were a lot of things that didn't appear.
Thank you.
how to I play this mode?
you don't have direct file ? :((((
sad.
suggestion for Federal Republic of Yugoslavia under Milosevic
M-84 replacing Modern Armor, has Blitz
Neva or Sava replacing Mobile SAM, 2x damage against Stealth Bombers
UA: Velika Srbija - 150% Cultural output while Razing Cities, no Cultural penalty from Annexing Cities
4.Critique and possible improvements: As stated above, an animation for the partisan model is missing. Gameplay-wise, the stacking bonus of the memorial may need to be lowered (by either removing the happines- bonus or lowering culture output to one. The bonus to building Gunpowder units may be needed to be reworked in general, as it proves to be a bit too powerfull.) Furthermore, combat strenght of the partisan my need lowering, as the bonus percentage makes it far too powerfull. A combat strength of 70 or 65 would be optimal.
With regards,
Arcader
3: Conclusion: This Civilisation is quite powerfull, in the lategame especially, and with the bonusses (boni?), the choice is yours: Do you become militant and assure your dominance over city states by training massive armies, or do you focus on culture and general approval of your citizens while playing large or tall? Will you be aggressivly pushing your influnce on city states through gold or stay passive and focus on other things? Will you be able to build a civilsation that stands the test of time? This Civ allows all of it, you must simply choose.

2.3: The Partisan Unit: In general, it is a good unit to produce, and supports defending tall empires or just large ones later on. The only problem being that the bonus is not shown in any combat log or slider in general, and the strength bonus becomes obsolete once more modern units are researched and trained. (Which doesnt mean the bonus doesn´t carry over, but newly trained Mechanised units willnot receive it.)
[Will be continued in part 4 due to the character limit being exceeded by the full review]
2.1: The City-State Bonus: The bonus is miniscule at first, but will be incredibly helpfull once you either know ~10 or more city states or are able to mass-produce units later on. It is furthermore balanced in the way that it is in no way profitable to simply purchase unit en masse, neither on the influence or gold level. It is, however, usefull to sustain a relationship with multiple city-states throughout the game, if you do not posses enough gold to constantly gift them some, and wish to slowly gain gold through producing units.
2.2: The War Memorial: Its bonus is to be considered a boon to a large or even small empire, due to the effect being stronger the more land you are able to cover with them. It furthermore supports the national idea due to the 5% Bonus to training Gunpowder units, and encourages pboth playing large nad wide with its happiness boost.

1.Graphics:
The Graphics thmeselves are crafted well, and no vanilla or preexisting texture has been used.
Partisans and War Memorials have unique textures, and animations are given for both building the memorial and moving the partisans. ( Wth exception of them dying/ decimated by attacks)
The only other exception is the leader portrait, wich is handdrawn and may be considered crude in comparison to the games standards.
2.Gameplay:
The boni from both building and training units are mostly restricted to the renassiance area and going forward, due to your limited support for units in the early game and a required technology to acces the builfing itself. I will be citing my expereince with both bonusses (*boni?) later in this segment.

can you pass me the image of the partisans icon?
i have plan to do something with it
and calm down
if you want, i can give some publicity to your steam workpage : )
I think any civilization is capable of building a ton of wonders. I think the starting positions need to be favourable for this. Having a couple of wonders usually allows a civilization to get a lot of the other wonders as well, therefore dominating the game in terms of points. This happened with nearly all civilizations at least once in my experience. I don't think you'd see Tito go for wonders all the time. I also don't think it's just the flavor of the leader; there are also more generic flavors associated with a wonder, such as Gold and Production. Again, it depends on how well the AI is doing and starting position etc.
You could easily give the production bonus to the factory given the countries production was geared toward defense.
I will post more suggestions here :)
I've no way of showing you what I currently have at the moment.
I'll try to make it work, but the Vanilla version of the game is very limiting for me. I will probably have different effets.
