I know I posted this before, saying this actually BUFFS most npcs unarmed stats now, which is all good and well but given the proliferation of this in even new popular collection it should be stressed that this also will significantly NERF the dexterity stat of a lot of npcs. It's basically outright broken.

Still planning on using this mod but for the opposite reason now, base game has most people at 0 martial art skill but realistically every warrior would learn at least some basic hand to hand combat techniques if unarmed.

I guess this mod is obsolete these days. Used to use it a lot. I do wish something like this existed for the field medic skill. When one uses recruit prisoner, they quickly learn that most of the world is more advanced in the art of medical science than Dr. Chung or the young prodigy Izumi.

Is this mod no longer needed? I checked the changes in FCS and it looks like the vanilla unarmed stat for a lot of characters was 0, so this mod buffs their martial arts instead now?

Did a patch come out since that zero'ed or lowered martial arts across the board on NPCs?

Also, something interesting I found out. Combat Stats of an NPC (unless they have unique stats used) sets the Dexterity. When you change the Unarmed Stat as this does, than that sets the Dexterity for the NPC rather than the Combat Stats. This mod may nerf Dex while buffing MA for NPCs on the whole.

They changed this some time ago. Most NPCs now have zero martial arts skill or dodge for that matter, with the exception of what is added by their randomize value. It is weird they changed it so drastically. A lot of NPCs that should have some skill like ninjas now have none. A wild swing in the other direction. Basically, this mod will actually now strengthen most npcs, rather than weaken them.

It does needs a import, because the status of most bosses are randomized and saved when you press new game, this also happens when you import (same as new game), so if you don't import, the game already have the bosses stats saved and the mod won't do anything

Could you pls check band of bones, reavers, fogman and others? Im using stronger group combat and they have like 50-70 MA when disarmed.

This mod will not work with Stronger Group Combat mod, SGC adds templates that cannot be overwritten with this mod unfortunately.

Senator Crab : Best solution for personnal requests, is to do it yourself.
Don't worry, it's very easy.
1- Copy C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\233860\1622875790 to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi\mods
2- Rename the copied folder "1622875790" to "2HNotMartialArtistDiv3".
3- Launch "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi\forgotten construction set.exe"
4- Select "2HNotMartialArtistDiv3" in the list.
5- Click on "Changes", which displays what this mod changes
6- Edit the characters you want
7- Save and launch Kenshi, don't forget to activate the modified mod in your mod list.

Is there a way to change the regular mooks MA stats but leave people like the stone golem or bugmaster free? It makes sense to me that they have MA stats as good as they do

I finally understood where the issue was : the droneguard doesn't have any unarmed stat specified in both mods.
It uses the "Base 60" template, which impacts all his stats.
I can't modify this template, as it's used by other NPCs; and setting his unarmed skills to a value is erased by this template.
As it is, I don't think there's a solution, for this particular NPC, sorry.

It is 100% from this mod.

1) I disabled all the the mods in my list except these Two. (You´re mod on the buttom of the List => imported my save) Southern Droneguard had 60-70 MA.
2) ONLY disabled "Stronger Group Combat" (imported my save) S.D. had 9-11 MA.
3) Disabled all mods (imported my save) S.D had 9-11 MA.

I also asked the mod creator for a screenshot of his stats.

Sadly this mod couses the problem for me. Your mod is on the buttom of the list but still doesn´t override his mod.
