Obsolete in 2.7
In 2.7 Paradox introduced a much superior way to designate which planet classes can get what districts, in a way that should have much less conflicts. And indeed, there is no longer an conflict between Glavius, Planetary Diversity, and More Events Mod. This mod should now be considered obsolete and deprecated in 2.7. This mod will remain in its current state for those wishing to stay on 2.6.

It would be worse than useless, neither would work as intended.

Uh, excuse me, would it be useless if I used both Glavius AI and Starnet AI?
TechSY730  [author] 24 Apr, 2020 @ 6:07pm
That should work fine

What about if you just use MEM?

Now updated for 2.6 and latest Glavius!

@JLBOCK Unless the universal-districts mod also supports Glavius, there is a high chance that mod will also conflict with this one. But I have not looked into the universal districts patch, so I wouldn't know for sure.

Just a comment: Wicloz patch-notes are saying that if you have the universal-districts mod you should not use his patch therefore I am glad that this patch exists :steamhappy:

@TurtleShroom If you mean whether a patch like this is needed, no, you still need a patch like this.
However, there are a good number of other mods that do the same thing but support even more mods. Including, for example, Wicloz's mentioned below, and also Misha's patch https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1619298565 . Both of these support all the mods I do and some more on top of that. The only reason I am maintaining this patch is cause I made this before I knew of the others, and I don't want to leave those who subscribed to my version out in the dark.

Is it true that this Mod is obsolete? I want to use this alongside the "Universal Districts Patch" and "Glavius AI Multiplayer".
Wicloz 26 Jan, 2019 @ 3:10pm
Here to report that I have made an alternative version of this patch which supports many more mods (including "the belt"): https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1635222296
Jhaelen1 23 Jan, 2019 @ 6:30pm
Possible to add compatibility to "the Belt" too? Please and thanks?

Have a link to that mod manager? I am using the Paradox Mod Manager, and it doesn't give me line-by-line details of the conflicts?
Misha 13 Jan, 2019 @ 12:19pm
yes by alphabet hence the ! in the name. sorry i was talking about my patch but was too lazy to type it. Sorry. im using SC mod manager it shows you lines that conflicts (by red) and lines that not (green) as i understannd it the green lines will merge since like i sad those lines are not in my files yet archive and vazarun planets works as intendet.
TechSY730  [author] 13 Jan, 2019 @ 12:15pm
Yes, those were the lines in question.

How is load order determined? I thought I read that mod name with first name in alphabetic order "wins".

Also, does that mean Stellaris engine already has some form of merging?
Misha 13 Jan, 2019 @ 12:12pm
well i mean you are putting gai urban file on top of load order so you coud have 20 mods under it and it woud overwrite all of them :) im guessing you are talking about those two bad boys
NOT = { is_planet_class = pc_archive } for PD
NOT = { is_planet_class = pc_mem_vazuran_habitat } for MEM
those get added automaticly to gai urban since they are not conflicting with any gai line personaly tested it to be sure :) what im trying to say is that our files are identical.... :D
TechSY730  [author] 13 Jan, 2019 @ 12:05pm
But that does take care of the PD and GAI combo, I'll include that in the description.
TechSY730  [author] 13 Jan, 2019 @ 12:04pm
@Misha The only issue is that More Events Mod also edits 00_urban_districts.txt; it is a 3 way conflict.
Misha 13 Jan, 2019 @ 2:16am
Hello just so you know i made patch for pd and gai 4 days ago https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1619298565&searchtext= it puts 00_urban_districts.txt on top of load order so it works for any mod that touches that file (mem included) :) don´t get me wrong if you wanna maitain this one then go ahead just wanna save you a hassle for updating :D

@ranma100 glavius´s 00_urban_districts.txt got owervriten by those mods resulting in weird AI decisions. For instance spamming city districts :)
ranma100 12 Jan, 2019 @ 6:26pm
I have been running all 3 and haven't noticed any problems. Why the patch?
