works for me. the "does nothing" cards i think are intentional so you can assign the policy cards (it dont let you assign if they aint all filled)

Hi I used your monument mod(all) and card mod and I can't declare war on city states, each turn it goes to negative number saying you can declare war in -13 turns, next turn it will say -14, etc, I played as China with true start huge Earth (not mod) barbarian clans enabled and score victory disabled

@robvanheusden97 Sorry, I have no time to do new mods for new civilizations every few month. Creating cheat monument packs for new civs is pretty simple tho so if anyone wants to continue I don't mind. You can post links to your packs here and I will add it to the description.

If you run "Stop AI from Steam rolling City states" mod the other cheat packs will count you as an AI for this and stop you from declaring war on any city states. This happened my last game using the pack with Greece in it. just FYI. I am removing the mod [appropriate 'cheat monument' mod]

@mjolnirCSOcarrier It works for me the Cheat Monument building was automatically built in the first city I've settled. It is not shown in the list of available buildings try to check the list of already built structures on the right side in your capital city.

@cbalabanick All traits are activated as soon as the cheat monument building appears under your or AI control for civilization that has cheat monument building and deactivated as soon as you or AI player lost control on cheat monument building. Only one cheat monument may exist in the world so as soon as AI takes it for any reason it will be destroyed eventually.

Does this mod or any of its related mods add further traits to civs as the game goes on?

@cbalabanick It does not take away anything from anyone it may only add civilization and leader traits to the civilization that owns the monument no agendas are affected.

@cbalabanick As the description said you should install Cheat monument mod (this one above) and any combination of cheat packs. As a result in one of your cities the cheat monument building will be automatically constructed and it will give your civilization and leader all civilization traits and leader traits of civilizations included in installed cheat monument cheat packs. This does not include special civilization units, buildings or districts.

@Zur13, it has just occured to me what is happening! By settling in place I get the cheat monument, and therefore the Roman trait of a monument in every city!!! That is why I can't build ordinary monuments but the AI can!!! I'm sorry if I have made you scratch your head about this

@Zur13 , sorry I wasn't clear. I dissabled CQUI for the newest test game. I Settled in place so i was the first city and it gave me the cheat monument. In the next cities I settle, no monument is available to build. All good then, BUT, when Poland invades and I take Krakow, they have a monument.

@phonebook I presume player can't build monument because it was already built by Poland. In the norm,al game where CQUI wasn't involved there should only be one instance of the monument in the world and if it is in AI city for some reason it will be destroyed when AI request new production in that city.

ok, I have investigated further. without cqui installed I am unable to build any kind of monument- other than the cheat monument on settling in place.

however, Poland invaded, so I took their nearest city. In the repair list was an ordinary monument.

I take it they are able to build monuments still? even though the player cannot?

@Zur13 Ok so I have been checking the mods, the offending one incredibly is the CQUI. In my original test game, Saladin built a monument a little into tthe second era. I dont know if it dissapeared or not, as you say, it probably did.

@Zur13 I dissabled all mods other than these ones and everything was fine. I shall introduce different mods one at a time and report back.

I was seeing the cheat monument to be built as soon as I built a second city- obviously not in my original city as I settled in place always and so was therefore first to get it

Those mods should not affect the buildings. I will try to reproduce the issue which civilization/leader did you play how many turns passed until you have noticed the monument?

I just check it all again with new start as Poland and used some cheat to complete all techs and civics still can't build second Cheat Monument anywhere. Could you tell as much details about your playthrough as possible?

@Zur13, I have unit cheat menu and cheat panel enabled, maybe that is the issue? but they don't affect buildings. In a while I will try it as the only mod and see what happens

@phonebook Do you have some other mods which may affect buildings? Because Cheat Monument should have both flags MaxPerPlayer = 1 and MaxInWorld = 1 and I can't build the second one it just not in the available buildings list.
P.S. even if AI will build it it should be destroyed automatically.

I have run this with all four of the sister mods. The cheat monument is indeed placed, and it works very well.

except

Each of my cities is able to build a cheat monument- this started with a 5000 turn necessity, but that soon comes down and at about 1500bc it is saying the cheat monument will need 160 or so turns.
