because i play with mods that are harder than default
The "orphaned unnamed resource" message I believe is a pretty common warning message that tends to be common when shutting exiting a world, I don't think it'll be specific to this mod.
I've been unable to replicate a crash so far, but would you mind uploading the server log (by default Documents/Klei/DoNotStarveTogether/######/Cluster_#/Master with Cluster# being the world slot) somewhere onto Pastebin? I am running into a bug with the auto-fueling after some more extensive testing, but I haven't caught anything that seems to be causing a crash yet.
Found how to look up crash logs and see it for sure, it says, "[00:01:20]: Orphaned unnamed resource. This resource must have used Add( resource ) to insert itself into the manager."
Its Gotta be the Whipped Dream, I guess I should have mentioned before that when you go to craft the station the Icon for the whipped dream is blank. Not a big issue by itself but given art for it does exist I imagine that's where something is going awry in some way.
Thing about the strange crash is still happening though, could be some other mod that is responsible for the issue. I have no concrete evidence, only guesses, my thought on why I suspect your mod at all is because it was recently updated and its the only thing that has ever crashed my game before and being such a specific point in time my thought was the automated generation.
Lastly should I be putting these posts in the comment section or somewhere else? Feel like i am spamming/cluttering it.
Tiny grill sounds adorable. I might look into it. But for the time being I think they are more than happy enough to just eat whatever they find off the ground!
Thanks for catching those bugs - I'll see what's going on there.
I think it might be good if one could configure the hunger drain a bit, maybe 1.5 to 2 to 2.5. "Easy" to "medium" to "balanced" .
Also what about a craftable portable crock pot? I have a Simi nomadic playstyle so mini camps abound anyways but also what if it was skinned like one of those small fondue grills? Think I love the idea of these two having a picnic under the stars with a "smol grill" sized just for them.
Also two other things is that I did find one bug while fighting with the confectionery station. I did try to hammer it and that caused me to disconnect. Also since the Halloween update Mortana has been making mole tunneling noises... Didnt even realize the they were the source until the host did and pointed it out.
And again, love your mod!
Let's see... well first of all I am just loving the cuteness of it all and clever dialog and do agree with you about having a honey sink of some sort. I hate seeing food and or potential food go to waste IRL so it's not a shocker it bleeds over to any simulated situations. I was however confused at first as to how I was to add the fuel and almost came here crying that I broke your mod before I realized I needed to refine them first.
When it comes to hunger I guess I have slowly come to see what the others are crying about even if it's not a huge issue for me.
I have had a couple thoughts and while I have no intention of telling you how to build your mod I did come up with a couple recommendations.
The Confectionary Station is a craftable structure/container which periodically generates a random Gummi in its storage slots while fueled. The gummis don't have individual recipes - it's just luck of the draw which ones you get. But they last for a long time and the built-in storage has refrigerator properties on top of that, so whichever ones you get should hopefully keep fresh for long enough to be useful in their niches.
I partly intended it to be a Honey sink, since I found that after making 3-4 Bee Boxes, I'd end up with way more honey than I could make use of.
So is that a unique craftable structure? And are there specific recipes for the various gummies or is it luck based?
Also I guess I didn't even truly notice the food difficulty, ha ha, that's what training as Warly will do to ya I guess.
You guys think keeping Pandora fed is hard try feeding that black mans black hole of a belly, to be fair wouldn't be so hard if it wasn't for his picky eating. XD
Most of Pandora's attacks do cost a good bit of hunger, especially with extended use. I wanted to keep them worthwhile from a damage and utility perspective, but costly enough in her main limiting resource to make vanilla weapons worth considering depending on the situation.
Probably wouldn't be too hard to throw some more config options into the mod settings in a future update though.
