This is beautiful. Super simple mod that makes it so I don't have to server hop to get sap.

As already pointed out, silk is not needed in large quantities. After you have made your desert armor, you don't really need more silk. Increase the harvest quantity on your server if you want to ease the difficulty of collecting.

I don't remember Aberration very well but I believe the mushrooms there have the same issue. You don't need them in bulk, or they are easy enough to gather far more than you need. Again, the harvest quantity configuration option on the server is the best solution for reducing that grind.

I'm not making any more mods for Ark at this time. I won't be combining my mods as there is no point. They are small and the load time difference would be insignificant. Adding a config to them would require coding that I never bothered to learn. If you want to take over the mod to add a config, let me know.

I originally made the mods due to a need to gather large quantities of those resources when no viable options were available, or it was too tedious. For example, gathering and transporting 10k+ wood at a time to feed the machines in the Steampunk mod was quite a chore.

Hi - I love your seed mods and the fact they are isolated, so that I can pick and choose which ones I want to include in my servers.

1. Any chance of getting a mod for the 4 x Aberration mushrooms?
2. Ant chance of getting a mod for Scorched Earth silk seeds?

Hi like your seed mods, very nice for PVE..
Please could you look into the possibility of combining it into 1 mod?
(And maybe add config options, to increase unlock level, crafting cost etc..? )

actually there is a new variation scientists have made of the milk weed plant that produces fine hairs from their leaf undersides that are as soft as silk but not as durable.

+ if you think of it this way Lymantria are giant moths & supposed to have had an ingame life cycle from Larva to cacoon to moth so harvesting silk off plants could be picking up old discarded Cacoon husks that got caught in the flowers.

So yea, a Silk seed would be nice please. Even if it's just a separate mod.

Thanks.

Also a sickle will collect silk from either the white or purple flowers.

If you want silk, craft a whip and whip the flowers. You will get plenty of silk.

Yea, silk is on Scorched earth and flowers on Ragnorock, as well as produced by Gachas in Extinction. Handy for Desert armor.

Silk is not produced by plants in the real world. In the game, it is not used much outside of the Scorched Earth map. Even in Scorched Earth, it is only used for a few items, meaning a constant source of silk is not necessary.

If you feel there isn't enough silk, you can increase the harvest rate.

Hello,

I like that you are doing individual seeds, and basic ones. Could you also do the silk plant as well?
