Solder can have a cannon-themed rocket launcher called the Cannon Baller

Demoman can have a Clown themed Grenade Launcher called The Klown's Kaboom

Engineer could have a balloon-animal wrench and possibly call it The Slap-stick

Medic would have a new medigun called The Heal Master or the Wonderhealer

they should do a circus

set up some challenges for the different game modes and eveytime your team wins or lose youd get tickets

you would use those tickets to buy these items/unlock these items

or they could do achievements
