Just patched for .18/19 Update. Lowering the throttle to reflect the increase from the update

On .17 its as stable up to full throttle with hard turning, No waves ofcourse. That might have changed with .18/19

.... i just said this vehicle cannot stay balanced over 30% throttle. wich makes it just as fast as just swimming.

its not really stable. even on 30% throttle ( trim ) and 0% wind it will flip when going on a straight line.
