Hi, would it be possible for you to make a mod that gave desert and desert hill tiles +2 food, +2 gold and +1 production like Petra without actually building the wonder? That would be really cool.

I believe it does work with the current patch.

Is this working ?

Does this affect grassland and plain floodplains added in GS? Would be too good if it does.

Has anyone found a fix for the mod being broken for legacy games?. Have been writing an AAR around a save and im not sure how to fix. Have tried unsubscribing, resubscribing, but that isnt working. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your contributions!

Yeah, that's weird. Hope you'll figure out how to avoid it next time.

Yeah, from what I've read so far it's not possible to create backwards compatibility with another version of the mod. Very sorry about this, but you'll have to create a new game.

I'm looking into it. I don't particularly know how to fix it, so it may take a bit of time. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

So, any updates on trying to fix it?..
inde 17 Feb, 2019 @ 2:59pm
I believe, I do. I had this problem in another PC user 's game (use the same PC, share my Steam, so he is a little bit upset since he didn't do anything). Since I found out about it, I unsubcribed from this mod, so now in my user's Steam I actually was able to load a game. Probably, would have my save files corrupted as well if I didn't do it beforehand. I guess, that's all the information I could give.

Still, I think it's something you should investigate since, as I see, I'm not the only one to have this problem.

Are you able to create a new game with the mod enabled? I don't believe it would become locked to people who don't have GS
inde 17 Feb, 2019 @ 10:56am
Maybe the way you made them compatible with GS broke it for those who don't have it, idk. 'Cause I only have R&F. Hope you'll find the way to fix it.

Same here, guess you broke something with this mod today 'cause I can't load my saves now. Its name shows red in the save DLC list.
Desucrate  [author] 16 Feb, 2019 @ 7:31pm
Sorry to hear that. Hope you weren't in a nearly completed game.
Bril 16 Feb, 2019 @ 6:56pm
No dice, it shows as incompatible again but it shows up red in the save game mod list and keeps me from loading. No big deal, guess I will start again without mods not updated to avoid it again.
Desucrate  [author] 16 Feb, 2019 @ 6:41pm
No changes were made from the previous version. I'm not completely sure it will work, but you may be able to load your game if you go to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\1632486743, open the .modinfo file, and remove the
<CompatibleVersions>2.0</CompatibleVersions> text.

Any change you have the previous version around? It worked and now I can not load my game because of the new version
Desucrate  [author] 14 Feb, 2019 @ 1:36pm
Thank you for testing that. I'll update it to reflect compatibility sometime soon.

Working with GS

Out off all the mods that aim to make deserts better, this is the only one I've seen that doesn't come off as overpowered
inahut 27 Jan, 2019 @ 7:40am
Yes, good idea. TY.
Desucrate  [author] 23 Jan, 2019 @ 6:53am
It doesn't make sense to me that deserts are extremely bad terrain in civ when a huge amount history happened in them, so I made these changes.
donalddavidson 22 Jan, 2019 @ 9:24pm
Thanks for this, a good idea from my point of view
