Report a translation problem
I can not guarentee this will not break a save. What I have done is the following though:
I created a new game with only this mod
I god mode spawned a few stacks of refined patchleather
I created a refined patchleather parka
I saved the game and removed the mod
I loaded the save
The refined patchleather laying on the ground was gone
The parka I made was turned into a parka with no inherited stats (no stats at all, so basically a useless item), however, I think this is normal with any mod that creates core items with new material and I don't think anything can be done about that, I can look into it though.
As far as "breaking a save" and turning into something you can't load anymore if you add or remove it, no, it shouldn't.
