This patch is out-dated due to the Frackin Universe/Frackin Races merge, which is a real shame because I really like the Omen, visually. They give me SCP-1471 vibes.

After June 3rd FR got merged into FU, and stand-alone FR is now obsolete. So your mod needs an update and also changing dependences to FU, instead of FR.

I am currently busy with some IRL things, but I sent you a request, as soon as I can I will try to fix the issue, if you can help me recreate it

bite makes the enemy invincible

My plan was to make it so the bite regens health based on damage dealt, but I stopped modding starbound before finding a way to do that, and since this patch isn't really that popular I don't really feel motivated to go back lol. Maybe if the original race mod gets an update I might consider finishing this.

@swordsman1663 maybe, but if you think of the realistic side, you would need to be empty handed to grab someone and then bite xD
or would be pretty hard without grabbing lol

@GrreyWolf it does empty handed. Love the race, looks and sounds but power seems nearly useless since your hardly ever empty handed.

The bite works on the same system as the feral claw from the Fenerox, so you need to have an empty hand to be able to use it. Does it not work even with an empty hand?

@swordsman1663 for me it worked but when having empty hands on one slot of the bar xD

i have Frackin races but the bite doesnt seem to work. its the only mod i have that should effect race effects

I found something that might be the cause for it, but even with that mod I still can't recreate the bug. I sent you a friend request, if you want I can try and fix it for you so I can prevent something like this happening in the future.

Yeah I checked your collection and I have no clue what could be causing it. If by chance you ever figure out what caused it, do let me know.

I wouldn't be surprised if I had a lot of errors since I just install many as crazy, but because I don't have time enough to be checking mods one by one, besides since I very rarely times I get errors on Starbound and never got even crashes
so imagine how my modding in Skyrim is XD

You have a lot of errors, but the only one related to my mod is a patch error that doesn't actually change anything (I tested).
If you send me a list of your current mods (a collection would be fine) I can check for possible incompatibilities.
If that doesn't work, the only way would be to start the game with only my mod and its essentials (Omen race, Frackin Races and a Character Extender) and add your other mods one by one until the bug starts again. I won't be able to fix it unless I can recreate it.

Tech now works as intended, but now its highly incompatible with anything that changes 'raceEffectEnabler.lua', so watch out for that.

The hunger thing doesn't appear to be anything to do with me, are you sure it's this mod's fault? Can you send me the log? Can you provide any additional information on when/how it happens?

besides the bite tech not working

uhm sorry about that but seems like this patch breaks the hunger system or something, since sometimes while using this installed the hunger appears to be empty (making my character start starving and die, unless I use admin command of course) and it affects non omen race characters too, so I uninstalled this for now
