My computer was close to crash.
A very good mission.
Really bloody battlefield.
Thanks!
Mind telling me why is this so ? What you did not like ? What would you like to change ?
So.. Is it possible to complete the map with Fog of war enabled? Everywhere I went I was instantly mowed down by machine gun fire / 88s.
I understand it's to give a perspective on how the market garden was an operational failure, but they at least had some initial success.
Love the hints btw.
Arnhem especially, being the farthest north, they were subjected to the brunt of most of the fighting, and were completely cut off from supplies, there was even an SS panzer battalion fighting them, and yes, that means there were Tigers there.
Now think about some poor British paratrooper trying to take out a Tiger with a Piat or a 3 pounder AT Gun with no ammo supply, and you'll start to understand why the operation was probably the biggest operational failure of the war, at least for the allies.
