You do something like this, and you make the player rely on the two things that made the first Hotline Miami so fun, quick reflexes, and using recklessness to your advantage.
Also, few custom levels use biker, so that's another plus.
Overall, very brutal in terms of difficulty, the first floor is pretty manageable compared to how brutal the second floor is. And it clearly has a ton of effort put in with all the custom sprites.
the only thing that would make this better is if it had some custom music, but eh, muting the game and putting something from YouTube on also works.
i hate and kinda like this level only because its so fucking hard that it feels like its luck based, i just hope that im wrong and that im just not good enough for this level.
i give 4 stars, not 5 because you made me angry as shit
