Well, reduced movement is not enough. It is useless to be honest if attack speed is unchanged but still Thank You for Your efforts and willing for help, cheers :)

It is a friend-only access becuase I don't want to publish it to public )) But maybe direct link will work. I've reduced movement speed x2, but animation/attack speed is still x1 and would be hard to change them
Can You explain, please?
I didn't meant playing just 2x slower snail player character...
Check out this videos examples:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2AvjhJU3-4
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTEAs70T-7M
On those videos player character is about 2x slower there, but because global Cheat Engine speedhack applied on game, player speed is about vanilla game but everything rest in game is about 2x faster.
Same could be applied in Conan if You could make player speed at least 2x slower. This could eliminate stupid delay between enemies actions and their slow animations speed.
>>but in that case npc will hit player with 100%
They won't hit expierienced player.
Nioh, which is much, much faster game than Conan can be beaten with enemies 2x faster, so You know...
Yes. When I was trying to fix NPC first time (a year ago) I seen this option. It is not hard to find it in Unreal Dev Kit. But it's not solve the issue. I tryed to do so, but if speed is reduced slightly - nothing changes, if it is reduced x2 as you proposed - then game is not comfortable. That's why I've added crippled effect to most of beasts attacks.
Main problem : animation speed of npc attacks is slow and player can avoid it easely. There is a way to increase animation speed (it's not hard as well), but in that case npc will hit player with 100% chanse in battle. Another way is to increase distanse of charge (jump) attacks. It's more complicated because need to change skeleton animation and I do not remember how if even it's possible :)
Sadly, because delays between monsters actions are still unchanged, the faster move and attack speed isn't a big game changer to be honest - because player can still outsmart anything with roll-cancels so enemies can't even react if You do them right...
So here is my question to You, my dear mod creator (I'm asking You because You've managed to change animations and movement speeds) - is it possible to change player animations speed (only player character, not other NPCs) to be for example 2x slower than in base game?
My idea is to make player 2x slower overall then speedhack whole game x2 with Cheat Engine to get rid of too long delay between enemies actions. After speedhacking whole game 2x slower player will get base game speed while everything else in game will be 2x faster.
I've seen one mod which changes player animations speeds, but sadly it affected NPCs in game too so nope.
Thanks.
