Can someone make an update to this to only have this apply to human players? I've taken a crack at it in SQL and I can't figure it out.

Okay, thanks for letting me know. Also, this mod isn't working for DLC civilizations like Macadonia, but your one involving units instead of buildings works fine with DLC civs.

@twsworld It doesn't work with the districts as it should because the original districts isn't replaced by the new ones and the city UI has the bug. The city UI in this case is confused which of the districts has been build and where to place available building for the district which breaks it even further messing things up. I don't know if I will find the solution for allow all districts problems.
