It appears that this mod isn't compatible with the 50G stacking mod I linked. Is there any way to make it compatible? I opened the forge, and there are no weapon parts. Do I have to buy something somewhere first or am I missing something?

Thanks, I put it after my stacking mod (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1629049596) and am cleaning my server, and will see how things work from there.

i would say any mod issues with loading should be moved to front of the line til the issue clears. if the mod is on you server for the first time 1st would be ideal.

Is there a specific place in the load order this should go? I learned the engrams but they're not showing up in the smithy or forge. I'd really like to get these before I go treasure hunting. Thanks.

Did the BP 5 today and consumed it per instructions. It is gone. Should I have a BP or is it added somewhere in a crafting table? I can't locate it.

the SSD i used to run the mod program has become unresponsive nd looks like it is faulty. i have a new one on the way but it will take a few days plus install plus downloading and rebuilding mod folders. fortunately its not a fresh start as i have back ups of all mods on 3 other hard drives. so i was prepared for this. i expect to have something by sunday for sure

any chance you can lower the weight of the pieces needed to craft the guns? They are way high. i would like to be able to carry parts to fix my gun and still be able to carry other things.

ill add these to the suggestions im looking into. right now im really studying the graph system to try and make things alot simpler for you guys to customize your own stuff but its a little more complex than im wanting it to be. so let me have some time to situate it and i will make it worth it.

I think the repairs for weapons should be different then the craft or maybe make it like 10-20% not 50%... its a lot to craft 1 of these guns then then i only have 70 shots and then i have to spend another 50 to craft the gun again just to repair it otherwise I like the craftable tiers, just very costly, also it seems that we are stuck with 70 durability tried to roll a few bps and durability never goes up.. would like to see better dura so im not repairing all the time. the firing rod I think weighs a ton to haul around on a ship to have repairs ready at hand

As far as tonight update goes, I have resolved the 2FA with steam and my new cell phone. There will be an update tonight fixing a lot of the Concerns with repair costs, prices, and even added a few items to add some versatility to get these weapons.

im actively working on the update for tonight. should be a few hours from now as it is alot of adjustments to make and the new blueprint process is difficult to build for each weapon.

We found out that if we run our server only with the DW mod, it works fine. But when we add some other mods, doesnt matter wich one, we cant start it and get that message again with the wrong mod version.....just dont know whats the problem....

Redesigning skins/3d models is probably gonna be something pretty far down the line. I myself am not a 3d designer and only know a handful of people who do it. Not to mention the creation of animations ie Reload, shots fired, running, walking, etc. It as of now is not in the plans as it is well above my abilities.

we run this mod on our own server and mod runs perfect.. and have no need to craft new forge or smithy

no probs waiting man ATLAS is still in phase 1 after all rocky buggy & mostly unoptimised though I do have to sat the guns to reload a bit fast for flintlocks maybe in the future you could give them custom models the Pistol could be a Revolver reloads fairly there for that weapon type. the Carbine could also be changed up to a Repeating Lever action rifle as its rate of fire is close to a gen 1 Remington Repeater (the first ever multi shot rifle) though again the reloads a bit fast here, and I'm sorry theres nothing I can think of for the Blunderbus apart from a full action Double Barrel shotgun (2 shots then fold the gun down to reload)

again just a cool idea to try out with the gun models.

There's plans of adding other weapons once I perfect the 3 included. Also the requirements for previous tiers to be able to craft is being removed due to the repair requirements. Was not something I thought all the way through.
I'm glad you enjoy my work and hope you can remain patient while I iron things out.

ok so I love the idea of crafting the individual gun parts but when it comes to infield repairs its kinda awkward needing those same parts rather than the raw resources that those parts are made of.

IF you could change that it would be great.

also may I make a request of you for a Dirty Spear that replenishes when thrown Stacks once no breaking chance & multiple crafting levels? cause lets face it Spearfishing is definatly better than a fishin pole.

Dirty mortar has been removed. The forge makes all the parts and the Smithy makes all the weapons.

I'm telling you it's not the mods, I'm 100% certain it has to he the host or the host is getting a corrupt download. I've removed started, readded and started the test server just fine with all 3 of my mods and there's nothing showing any red flags or stopping the server from starting. I would wait a few days and try again if you are wanting to but there's nothing I can do to fix an issue that I can't replicate.

we still have issues with the mod. Server doesnt start or shows us message "wrong mod version".
we had to remove it.....(we had the updated version from the 14th february) (G-Portal-server)

as i have posted in the discord. test server is loading mods no issues found. i was able to log in and use items related to them. i would suggest removing and starting your servers. then reinstalling the mod. you may lose weapons and to fix that i would recommend a rollback to the closest save.

I think Kwan is having the same issue we are. When starting the server Dirty bolas and dirty weapons is being reported as out of date. The server cannot be started unle they are removed.

lycan, its a very reasonable cost and grind to higher tiers. the goal with this mod is not to break the game or make things very easy. you are being handed access to powerful weapons the second you touch down on an island. the original plan was to include ingots and multi resource but i deemed that excessive. these crafting numbers are reasonable considering custom rates on any server.

welll first of. thx for this amazing mod. and thx alot for also removing the "mortar pestle" But. the repair cost for the weapons are way over the top. items craftet from BP´s can be repaired from ay material. but that i have to craft a new weapon ontop of the same materials to rep a gun. im not happy about.

Looks like there is a reload glitch with the flintlock pistols reloading faster than you can shoot. Causing an unlimited rapid fire (ammo permitting) I will be enabling the animation for reloads in the next update. The mini game will remain disabled

Great Mod my man!! Would it be possible to make the reload animation an option in the .ini files, so that even after all the shots in a magazine, we would still have the feel of actually reloading the weapons?

Fix for the MOD not allowing you to equip from the hot bar will be updated within the hour, it was an issue with the game knowning what 3d model to show in game. had an old template used in the old mod and never assigned the new model to the update so it was looking for something that wasnt there.

Weapons can be crafted and equipped to the hot bar, but you can not use them as they will not actually equip (after the cool down has passed). my character does not take the weapon in his hands after the cooldown Nevertheless, thanks for your quick reaction and the nice work

Any future reports about the issues below after v3 are already noted AMD being reviewed, I have advised in the discord a fix/review will be done tonight. I believe the culprit is a bad upload but we will find out for sure this evening. I ask for patience and we will get this resolved. Almost 65 hours just in this update so it will not remain broken.
