MizKai the reason is that the .XComMod files for each of the maps have these 2 empty lines "title=" and "description=" which confuse the 2K launcher. If you open the .XComMod file with notepad and delete these 2 lines the mods will show up like normal.

@MizKai The 2K launcher is known to be just all around bad, use AML for the forseeable future.

why this mods doesn't show up in the 2k launcher? all maps... but in aml it shows up...

586 mods rolling, im on the broadcast tower Mission, nothing bad happens from his Maps and the Mods.
although i crashed about 30 times in this PT :D

I would anyone, who got problems encourage to use the alternative mod launcher and take an look at the logfiles. I assume you do that already. bcs every crash costs you around 0.5 Gig of Diskspace for report and DMP File, if you never delete that...well....sure you did;)
And in the logfile, just get the last Handler, the game cant load/ execute, can be such simple things as an armtexture of an model, it finds no vanilla counterpart, and bang, crush. or if the map takes advantage of an enviromental effect of base game, but you did alter this effect with an mod, surely not even knowing, softlock, loading forever , also reported in Logflie. many things you can sort out right without any knowledge of modding

I've played hundreds of missions with this mod active and never experienced any issues.

When this mod (and related mods) is activated, there is a very high probability that the mission will not load at the start of it, and the game itself will crash.

Just finished a campaign with about 685 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up.

@Jameszaf06 this mod is working absolutely fine here with other 500+ mods, including several map mods. The issue must be on your end.

This mod specifically stops mod config menu mod from showing up in settings, I can't play maps and other mods at the same time with this

Is it downloaded? Steam can be weird; try restarting it, your PC and/or unsubscribing and resubscribing from the mod.

I'm having a problem, where try as I might I can't get the mod to show up in any launcher. Not the base one, nor AML. Steam says I am subscribed but it's not showing up anywhere.
