Just following up on that, I believe there's an entirely instrumental version of the song by Jack Payne (who was a dance band leader in the 30's so it's a cover that's contemporary to the one in the mod I'd guess)

Just in case you didn't find an answer to this, that instrumental part is all part of the song (just without lyrics, hence instrumental) I believe, it's not a medley (At least I'm pretty certain it's not)

No. Because of two causes:
1.There is no this old team, our designer left us.
2.I've lost any interest.

This mod is great but if you can't upload more than 2+ GB can't you create a Soldiers radio part 2?

It's impossible. The mod reached unofficial Steam limits, Steam don't work with mods heavier than 2+ Gb.

I hope you revist this mod at some point & add some more songs, it already has an amazing selection, I'd love to see more!

Best historical music mod for this game even 3 years after it's last update

old music goes pretty hard

This is the best historical music collection for HOI4 out there. While others might be more "militaristic," this one is obviously incredibly well-researched and includes some genuinely good tunes that I never knew existed. I tend to use it for the "pre-war" period, then add in some marches/military music for the war. Bravo!

the Havana one is great for my "observer" playthroughs where i pick the most isolated island nation i can find in whatever overhaul mod i'm playing and just watch the goings-ons. God bless Les Meridiennes.

@Falkenhayn Have you tried some sort of channel compression? It looks like all the music files in the mod are dual channel. You can effectively reduce the size of the mod in half by converting the source file to mono channel before converting to ogg. This is really easy to do in ffmpeg or pydub.

This probably won't reduce the listening quality since most of these old recordings were made before stereo audio became widespread.

You can just deactivate radio stations ingame, that is a vanilla feature.

Is there a mod without the other radios ( I only need the german radio) And the other radios spam my radio station. So I unsubscribed for now
