Found the solution to my problem, just needed CS:GO (which is free)

There are small missing texture squares on specific objects and the entire lettering for the Diner sign is a missing texture. What do I need to fix?

i'm missing some textures like the walls of the diner and some of the ground

The portal room can only be reached in ttt.
