Aegis got my weak spot
Yes, I wish more people thought like that, but like you say it is easier to complain than it is to fix something. Just have to keep in mind that the folks who complain are the vocal minority... out of 22K subscribers I have fielded maybe 10-20 complaints here in the comments. Basically just as easy as unsubbing from the mod if you feel it is game breaking or not immersive.
Feel free to hit me up here on Steam if you have any questions or need any help. Not sure how much I can provide since it has been a while, but seeing how much I love the Skeletons I would also like to see this carry on.
Random question: I know working with Kenshi mods is not the same as coding, but I figured out how to use Twilios API to build a bulk messaging app with NodeJS along with a webhook that prints responses to the console then automatically appends them to a JSON file in a few days with no coding experience(I work with telemetry hardware). Would it be terribly hard to learn to edit a mod like this, and would you mine if I tinkered with it?
There are some things that I would like to change, and instead of complaining to the Mod author over a mod for a game he doesnt even play anymore Id rather solve my own problem and be a part of the resolution(a seemingly rare trait whose lack of adoption confuses me..).
I might eventually download and play this game again, and then see where the mod is at after I do that.
It should be can pay money for hire like every hire NPC would be.
