I am in contact with the author of bigger colonys, he will soon bring out an update so that District Diversity is supported, this will mean, that the custom districts will increase as well. He should have the problems with Planetary Diversity fixed soon as well.

What Mizati and Revan both said. I use Bigger colonies myself so I appreciate a non planet diversity mod.

Honestly, I'd like to use it, but there's currently an issue with Bigger Colonies and Planetary Diversety, and if it comes between those two, I'm picking Bigger Colonies every time

I personally use planetary diversity as well, but there are quite some people out there not using it.
