@Papa Bless It's got something do with the locked FPS of the wallpaper engine or the wallpaper. If its 30fps slowing it down make it look like picture slideshow. 50% speed on 30fps wallpaper is basically 15fps. It's really laggy.

Hey man, why do frames drop if I slow the playback rate? I like my wallpapers slow and this becomes really choppy. Otherwise a really beautiful wallpaper!
