you should make it so on equip you can get %10 more fire ressistance but at the cost of -%5 damage done by flamethrower (Unless its the Rainblower)

If this gets accepted by Valve, they'll have to rename the Pyro to the Tide or something like that. Oh, and give him a fireman's hose instead of a flamethrower.
