Yet, it's still here
Funny line to say, given that I can think of two Mormons involved in the development of Shadowrun properties.
The problem with this is it IS so obvious. Adults appreciate subtlety and can read between the lines using their imaginations. Children, like yourself seemingly, need pixellated ass to get off on.
"So who cares about this?"
You? You're raging so hard it seems to be a bigger deal to you than anyone else.
Really though, in a campaign (and game world) where organ legging, murder, and serial killing are prevelant, why do people care so much about a girl in lingere on a bed? It's not even close to X rated....
It's a potentially useful resource in level creation, but honestly some think it's borderline porn? There's an entire internet out their loaded to the gills with harder stuff then this chummer easily accessible to anyone with google and the ability to type at a third grade proficency.
While I appreciate people consulting their Shadowrun tomes (and even anything that shares same mythos) to justify the image, the truth is, something like this wouldn't appear in the "canon" Shadowrun universe *of this particular campaign from the developers*. It'd be incongruous in light of everything else. The game may occasionally describe and imply "mature stuff", but it presents itself in a non-morbid manner (there's no swearing in fact—Frag off!). I'd let a young person play this. I'd let them read it. It'd probably be an enjoyable universe for teens. There's nothing wrong with that.
It's "just a girl in a bed", and removed from context, but—she even has *stockings* for Chris' sake. I'm not going to describe the rest. Just follow your eyes. What other conspicuous purpose would the girl have in a scene other than 'enriching the Shadowrun universe.'
his whole dumbass rant just made me stupider
