struggling to get slip roads to connect properly - one did it, but all the others act like it's a 6 lane normal road, not a 3 lane motorway, so the median gets tarmac and cars from both directions can take the slip. just don't know how the one that does work is different. any ideas?

- found it, use TMPE Lane Arrows to set the slip roads to only feed in

@dxjs123 The road markings are part of the textures so cannot be changed without amending all roads - this isn't something that I would do. They were designed to work best with the UK Roads map theme which has a road texture that I considered to be 'most British'.

I like these roads,and these roads are great,but there is an issue that the lane lines are not visible when the road color is light(such as RGB=127,127,127),so could please fix it?or maybe something I ignore to subscribe? thank you!

all road shoulder pavement in this uk road project flicker glitch, road lines and marking only visible in closeup view. i mean very close. i sub the theme for this and theme mixer, change the theme for road, but not help much

Thanks for getting back to me, yes they were all enabled, but i have just found the issue, hope if anyone else has the same issue this info help
I opened loading mod tool and clicked load enabled assets. so im ok now

@sicampbell82 Please make sure the roads and props from the packs are all enabled in the content manager.

Hi, ive installed the project, but when the game loads, with no issues i cannot see any custom roads. i can see the theme and have added it to theme mixer, but if i go into road or find it 2.7 there are no custom assets so no roads ext, can anyone help

I've noticed some of my big roads (UKR-LR 6L2W-28 parking) for some reason is allowing U-turns mid road over the central reservation. It looks like its some wierd interaction with nodes (Node Controller Renewal) as they seem to be doing UTurns at these locations only. But not all of them, I've got a very long road and its only one place along that road. If I remove/change the node, they stop but just start doing UTurns elsewhere

@Elistone Because these roads were created before TMPE was available and for them to work with TMPE they need specific settings. I'm looking into addressing this but cannot promise that it will happen.

Is there a chance we can have some assymetrical roads like 2+3? I like to use turn lanes just before intersections.

@DragonWolf5589 See my comment on the markings pack. All of the road markings are part of the road textures and therefore don't require the markings pack. The pack is for additional markings that cannot be automatically included.

They're all pretty good assets and actually somewhat fit my Australian themed city, but however, I would like 8 lane roads without the bus lanes, 3+5 lanes, 4+3 lanes. Thank you very much.

@AVC29 @GarethHuball All the roads in these packs are at the same level as the vanilla roads, however, the road markings are added using a 'very' slightly raised section containing the lines. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to change any of the roads and don't think it's likely they will be updated in the future.

I love these roads! But when using node controller and then trying to mark the roads with the intersection marking tool, the lines don't show up :-(

I need these with Tram lines on the outside -
4. 6 lane, 2 way, 23m: Centre Line
5. 6 lane, 2 way, 25m: Centre Chevron
6. 6 lane, 2 way, 26m: Grass Verges
7. 6 lane, 2 way, 26m: Plain Median
8. 6 lane, 2 way, 26m: Tree Lined

Thank ! I love this mod , because HongKong's road are same UK standard.
But I think "3 lane, 15m: Split" have a bugs ,

Absolutley love the mod, but I do have one question. How come the zone allignments don't quite line up? I get it that maybe it is meant to increase building diversity, but it can be a little bit OCD triggering. Once again, I love the mods, and have began using them frequently.

This is some great assets! Thank you for all your work on these!

One problem i have found with roundabouts - the street lights at night don't mirror when i use other street light assets for the roundabout. Only if i use your default street light models do they work. Is there a way to fix the light placements? Also noticed when i place a single street light, these seems to be a phantom light spirte in the center of the roundabouts for each street light (like its rendering a dual streetlight). The light sprite for the actual streetlights over the road itself doesnt render, its just dark.

What Tiddles said. It's also possible to use "Move It" to make the angle between slip road and main carriageway too acute for the other side to permit a turn onto it. Although in this case, sensible use of TM:PE to stop people transiting from the fast lane to the slip road is pretty much required anyway!

Unfortunately, I don't think there's any way to avoid this happening without forcing use of one of these mods.

While I realise it's a lot to ask for, I second the idea of a central reservation web (rather than having to place hundreds of props). Are you susceptible to bribes?

Not sure if you need certain traffic AI settings enabled for this to work.

Another option might be to include a central reservation as a separate network with no traffic (like Vanilla Medians Net), ideally with some streetlights. This could be placed between separate carriageways using Parallel Road Tool, and the carriageways' own streetlights could be disabled with network skins. That's not ideal when you come to elevated roads, but could probably be used for some nice ground-level motorways.

@Tiddles Thanks for your great comments. I've experimented with TMPE and had no joy stopping vehicles crossing the central reservation. I would love to get 'both directions' working but as yet I've had no success. I'll take your info and see what can be achieved.

Two-way highways can work as long as you use Traffic Manager President Edition to control the available lane movements when you place them in game. I understand if you'd rather make something that works with the vanilla game, but I'd love to have the combined versions available at some point if you've already done some work on them! Separate carriageways are really useful too though, to manage the complex merging and splitting motorways love to do.

I currently use SimoG's highways over a concrete wall extensively, which are bidirectional and require said lane management. They're reminiscent of some urban roads in the UK, like the A316 through Hampton. One thing those could really benefit from is asymmetrical variants, in case you need slip roads to depart at different points, e.g. you may need to transition from a 4+4 to a 4+3 to a 3+3. Not sure how easy it would be to get those to line up straight though!

Anyway, love what you're doing with these, keep up the good work!

I had hoped to make them both directions in one road but it seems that this is not possible without vehicles crossing the central reservation to get to a slip road on the other side. I have tried everything that has been suggested without success. I therefore have, regretfully, set out to create them as separate carriageways. I still would like to make them different from other options available so I'm experimenting to see what is possible. Sorry it's taking so long but it seems that the developers don't want to make it easy for us asset makers.

@TescoClubCardUK I plan to release the motorways pack and maybe a rural roads pack before adding any further roads. The motorways are turning out to be very time consuming to get everything working. I'm aiming for both directions in one road with slip roads.

This pops up in LSM:
UKR-LR 6L2W-28 Parking E You have Workshop item 1642013076 but it does not contain UKR-LR 6L2W-28 Parking E. Name probably changed by the asset author.

Any idea if that can be why my savegame won't load?
