I may suggest for example these as a help:
-Fascist got their resources and food inland and had restricted trade, meaning only slight buffs on outputs.
-Fascist and/or communist Unity gain from propaganda +15%
-Communist could have a lower consumer goods upkeep, lower trade value
-Democratic should have higher consumer goods upkeep from consumerism but better trade value and very bad slave happiness and low ethics attraction to cause higher fracturing as it behaves with parties
- Monarchist: I have no clue. Probably better leader xp gain and lifespan? More ethics attraction?
-Ideoligies get a slight buff on one tech only:
Fascist: War tech oriented -> Physics or Engineering 50-100%
Communist: Social oriented -> Society 50-100%
Monarchist and Democratic: Not mandatory
