Fascist isn't working, supposed to be 90% cheaper army, it's still at 100 minerals instead of 10..

@allicat hit the nail on the head! why are you handling political orientation as a hereditary trait of species. You should instead work on the ethic system as that maps political orientation.

Mein Vorsprecher hat es auf den Punkt gebracht! Warum behandelst du politische Einstellungen als vererbbare Eigenschaften von Spezien. Du solltest stattdessen an dem Ethiksystem arbeiten, da das die politischen Einstellungen abbildet.

Very interesting mod, but the traits lack negative effects.
I may suggest for example these as a help:
-Fascist got their resources and food inland and had restricted trade, meaning only slight buffs on outputs.
-Fascist and/or communist Unity gain from propaganda +15%
-Communist could have a lower consumer goods upkeep, lower trade value
-Democratic should have higher consumer goods upkeep from consumerism but better trade value and very bad slave happiness and low ethics attraction to cause higher fracturing as it behaves with parties
- Monarchist: I have no clue. Probably better leader xp gain and lifespan? More ethics attraction?
-Ideoligies get a slight buff on one tech only:
Fascist: War tech oriented -> Physics or Engineering 50-100%
Communist: Social oriented -> Society 50-100%
Monarchist and Democratic: Not mandatory

I am just tossing ideas around.
