Try reinstalling the addons, there shouldn't be any conflicts like that

I was about to complain that the SWAT models don't work, but the citizens do.... But I checked to see if there were required mods... I feel dumb.

Crotch guns should be fixed now, it was an issue that occurred if you downloaded some css content that overridden gmod's css gun models. I added in the gun models but in a different directory to prevent future conflicts.

I downloaded CS:S textures and somehow it's now fixed. I'm not sure if it's becouse I downloaded the textures or maybe I did something else but now it works somehow.
