You people are just trash at the game that's why you can't beat it, it's easier than tumtara r orrR ,./ glubtatic and bai mountain. also remove your mods, read the description kids so you know you have to play the map with less or no mods for it to work properly, you need strong pc, your trash pcs can't run this map at all.

playing this map on a chromebook or a tampon box wont cut it. this map isnt meant for low spec systems unfortunately. its a good map with shit gameplay balance, bring 3 friends and suffer together

切尔诺贝利Chernobyl: Chapter One（超难图，无限刷怪，地图较大，容易迷路，物资匮乏，单人带3AI玩普通难度及以上建议轻度作弊，除非高强度专家4人组。)

I remember playing this map when it first came out in 2019. Was basically unplayable due to no balance in hordes spawning every minute, and barely any resources. Decided to check it out now that there have been updates. It's definitely improved, with the difficulty being much better balanced. However, it's still just waaay too many hordes. I feel I am punished for wanting to explore the beautiful maps, as just too many zombies keep spawning and not enough resources. The levels and custom content are all awesome visually, but the terrible pacing still ruins the campaign.

The only way to play is to just speedrun everything. But then where is the fun in that?
What's weird is that the first chapter doesn't have respawning zombies, and it's actually a lot of fun. If the whole map played like the first chapter it would have been perfect.
In my opinion, with a few changes, this map would be masterpiece.
But at it's current state, it's just not playable.
I hope that one day the creator's will update it.

Propably the greatest campaign ever made in terms of aesthetics, and the worst in terms in gameplay. Visually the map is a masterpiece. Original textures, environments large and full of detail, and breathtaking architecture. I have to stop every 10 seconds just to admire the scenery. The performance is a bit bad, but on a modern day gaming PC you should'nt have a problem running it above 60 fps. It also has some great music pieces that perfectly complement the visuals and add to the post-apocalyptic atmosphere.
The Gameplay though... My god, it's pure cancer. There is basically an infinite number of common infected. There are so many everywhere, and even after you kill them, they keep respawning at the same areas. It's ridiculous. For this reason, you are basically punished for exploring the map. Such a pity.

I'm able to walk like 100 meters from spawn on the first map, then the game crashes. Second map crashes immediately after spawn. Unfortunate.

On the Plus side:
Really authentic and great scenery, great atmosphere and map layout is well done.

On the negative:
Horde of around 80 common infected come like every 2 minutes, all 4 special infected spawn at the same spots at the same time, no rescue rooms for dead teammates, Scarce weapons.

Overall I personally like challenging things so I'd give it a 7/10, worth to play at least once.

How to make a hard and unfair map:
1. Spawn a lot of horde
2. T1 weapons only except the finale
3. No ammo

Boom, a hard map is born. This map is beautiful and the atmosphere looks sick but the respawn zombies just kill the exploration for me, force me to just rush the map and pay no attention to the scenery. This map is a 3/10 for me

Absolutely unplayable. Never in my life have I encountered a map that wouldn't even load a loading screen. Crashed me to my desktop after taking over an hour and a half to even download the map's "first chapter." How can something be so well reviewed and rated and be absolutely unplayable?! If I could, I would throw the map itself INTO Chernobyl. Don't bother, this is a waste of your time.

Fantastic! My friend and I have played this for a couple or hours, only the first two levels (couldn't complete the 2nd yet, in advanced difficulty). We like it's so huge and well detailed, maybe one of the best we've played. We will play next day and continue to the end, but so far, it's probably one of the best campaigns.

We didn't encounter any crash problems, and the ammo is limited, yes, but that's giving you a hard "survival" touch that's really cool. Also the fact that there are not many medikits or player re-spawn rooms (I think only one per map).
For us, it's a good challenge.

this map is the least amount of fun ive ever had on this game. do yourself a favor and dont even consider downloading this map.

So this is the campaign AFTER lowering the spawn limits??? What was it like before?????
There are WAY too many infected being spawned by the director, even without hordes. There's so many entities being grabbed by the engine at once, it seems to cause some maps to crash instantly before you even load into it for others and myself. There's a lot of work put into this but it is definitely lacking core gameplay polish
