The farm data is ****! But it can easily be fixed by making some simple edits in FCS. Open the farm data tabs for all the trees and plants the mod adds. The value that jacks up the workflow here is the harvest time. That is set to 300 something hours for the plants from this mod, for comparison vanilla hydroponics is only 12h. I set the big trees to 48h, all the smaller ones to 24. No more problems. Other values are out of whack too, so I suggest comparing them to something vanilla and adjusting the rest from there.
One other issue I had was getting stuck around the berry planters; adjust the use range in the functionality tab to 15+, now berries get picked without glueing workers to the planter.
