This map has beaten my ass, henceforth, I will give it a fav. Very gut!

Nice updates! It seems like you added some small challenges, but the difficulty is a little bit lower than before? The angle panel is a little incongruous,is it for the convenience of transfer? It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the laser, it's just going in and out like last version

Anyway,I like the changes, though I'm not sure if did it all right.Thumbs up for that! So your room is surrounded by Nacreous layer?

I remember taking a look at this one a few months back and deciding it was bit much for me for some reason. I came back today and I found that I was wrong! This one is actually quite approachable, but perhaps just got lucky and things fell into place quickly for me. Either way, it's a very nice puzzle; I appreciate the effort that went into making the gameplay very smooth. Great work as always.

This cured my depression, it took me and my friend like a day to complete.

Great puzzle ! That final move was something that I wanted to do in Joric's version (but that didn't work since it's different)
I enjoyed it  Favorited !

Solved, very nice map.

Not sure for who this is considered "medium". :)

@Aneonen: Thank you very much fo your detailed feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed it that much!

Very nice puzzle! I tend to get a bit intimidated by shufflers, but this one was was quite fun to work through. I particularly enjoyed how vague the end condition was, but how it could still be reasonably deduced by investigating not the last moves, but those needed to sufficiently move the cube that must assist the first cube to enter the exit area - I was actually very surprised at how cleanly everything fell into place after taking this path. The visual tweaks/additions were also quite nice - like levitatingspleen I appreciated the glass bars, along with the other details.

I've had this map in my queue for a long time now and finally decided to play through it. It took me a long time to solve this one, but I loved everything about the map. I solved everything exactly like in the video linked in the description. Added to favourites! :)

I missed the last step the moment in the walkthrough 6:17
I knew it. the portals need to be connected at least.
of course thumbs up, thanks you for creating it

@levitatingspleen: Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm glad you like the bars and the puzzle. IMO they are superior, compared to green fields. Visually less distracting (especially less colours!), pure mechanical instead of a powered item and also easy to understand, since it is obvious players can shoot through it, which isn't true for green fizzlers. Sure, it depends on the situation, they are not entirely replacing green fizzlers.
levitatingspleen 24 Jan, 2021 @ 3:56am
Man, this took me a minute to solve, haha. I ended up breaking out a notebook and writing down each possible cube combination, I usually don't need a paper and pen to solve test chambers! The combo of the continuous laser beam or laser pulse made a really fun possibility space too. Excellent puzzle all around.

I was initially divided on the glass bars, but I think it really fits the aesthetic of the map.

Narkodes  [author] 14 May, 2020 @ 2:34am
SpKi 14 May, 2020 @ 2:28am
Sehr gute Map!

Wow! What a great chamber! I really liked the visual, especially impoved lightning ;)
No kidding, I'm very impressed with your work. In addition to the pleasure of solving the puzzle, I got an aesthetic pleasure from the design.

And, it was hard for me. The main problem was solving the last part of the puzzle. Finally, the solution came to me when I was offline the game. Excellent puzzle! Vielen Dank für das Vergnügen! :)

Alles gut.
lapicidas 12 May, 2020 @ 3:13am
Narkodes  [author] 12 May, 2020 @ 3:10am
@lapicidas: 100% intended solution and perfectly executed, thank you very much! Added to the description. Your music is turned off?
Narkodes  [author] 12 May, 2020 @ 2:58am
lapicidas 12 May, 2020 @ 2:42am
Hi Narkodes. It has been a while since I played this map, I couldn't remember the solution.
Even now I am not quite sure I have solved it correctly, pushing the cube through the angled panel seems a bit strange to me. The fact that there is an angled panel here at all certainly has a reason that I have not yet found out. However, it is still a very interesting and clever puzzle!

It took a while to get two cubes in the exit chamber. It took a long long time to get three there. This is definitely one of the hardest and best thought out logic problems I've encountered. Thanks and help me put the fire out. Here's my latest if you'd like something simpler for a change.

Very nice chamber indeed. Had to really give some though how to get everything in the final area but it all came together in the end.

Fantastic puzzle. It took me a considerable amount of time to solve, but I got there in the end. Favorite.
bullfrog 21 Feb, 2019 @ 1:02am
Excellent puzzle. I've played @Joric's remake, which obviously helped, but this, the original, is different enough to still make it a challenge. I had a few problems aligning the reflector cube accurately at long distance for some reason, but that's probably just me as others don't seem to have the same issue. Anyway; the puzzle is one of the best I've played in a while - thumbs up and added to favourites.

@quaternary, whoa. Must be a good map then.
quat 11 Feb, 2019 @ 12:09am
anyway, I spent about an hour and a half on this version and Joric's version and wasn't able to get anywhere. I was able to spawn the cube but only because I peeked at your video on joric's version. I'll give it a few days

what do you mean? o.o
quat 10 Feb, 2019 @ 11:11pm
Why is the laser rotated like 1 degree w/ a cube? I can't see any way it's useful other than fucking you up when you try to align things properly, which it has done to me multiple times
Joric 8 Feb, 2019 @ 11:25pm
Made PTI version of this map: Nacreous Classic . All the updates of this map fused together. The solution is about the same.
Nobody No-One 8 Feb, 2019 @ 7:30pm
Really nice logical puzzle. One of the best "pure laser" maps I've played recently. I definitely see the inspiration from Atom's Condor but the logic is really different and I quite like the ending moves. Took me a while to solve. I both love and hate walking through fizzlers. Love, because the logic behind realizing you can lose your portals and get them back is really cool, but hate, because it always feels so wrong every single time. Thumbs up and favorited.

Also, can I just say how elegant that exit room is? Really good way of forcing the player to bring all three cubes to the exit, with only one connection.

My solution: https://youtu.be/qMu5KEfr-nQ (should all be intended, I think)
