@Robin's_egg - Not sure if this is base Kenshi or something wrong with your mod but turret enemies at the bandit camps you created are extremely buggy when it comes to turret usage. They will track and target through terrain when mounted on your turrets regardless of render distance and continue to engage in combat until you save and reload. They will also on reload teleport to bugged locations within meshes where you cannot select them or attack them and continue to permanently man the turrets from the bugged positions. This has been extremely annoying and almost impossible to kill them due to this; makes the mod almost not worth using when every outpost has 4-5 of these bugged positions to deal with.

I absolutely love this mod. So much, I got rid of reactive world for better immersion. I've spent the last week picking apart the camps with a group of solid commandos who have only gotten better for doing it (I used to think they were OP for the border lands). That being said, I have noticed that a lot of dust archers are missing their spiked clubs... not sure if you noticed, and I normally wouldn't comment, but immersion seems to be what you were after. Again, great job, as it really makes the dust king relevant again (I used to wack him in the first week).

@cRaZy Wo1 - I have both this mod and Bandit Expansion. They seem to work well enough. My base is a stone's throw from Lookout and I've been getting raided by Hill Marauders, so I really think they work just fine.

No idea. I don't use it.

However, if one of my bandit camps happens to occupy the same space as any towns added by the other mod, I do offer modular versions of the bandit camps added by this mod.

could this be compatible with bandit expansion? bandit expansion adds a whole new faction to the border zone

I don't track incompatibilities unless it's with mods I personally use. This mod is also offered as a modular package in the event of incompatibilities, so you can pick and choose which bandit camps are present in the world, see the collection above the description.

However I will note that updates on the modular offerings are pretty much gonna be slower than molasses. Editing the Compilation is priority, backporting the changes will come when I get to it, basically.

It's possibly related, anyways. I've seen Dust Bandits strolling through Squin without this mod, but this mod definitely increases the Dust Bandit population, so it may happen more.

I've seen groups of Dust Bandits walk right into Squin without aggro. They walk around, in and out of buildings, one tried to break into the armor shop one night. This will go on for 2 - 5 minutes and then the guards charge in a take them out. I could not turn in a bounty because every cage and pole in the police station was occupied by a gang member, with one slung over the chief's shoulder as he was standing at the front desk.

Is this caused from this mod? I had not seen this before installing this mod, but I just started playing Kenshi so my xp is limited. I don't have any other mods that touch factions or the bandits.

Yeah I also reached out to their forum and it seems heavily modding Kenshi may result a conflict eventually on meshes, so after validating, reinstalling and unsub/resub mods. I imported my game and character squad location reset and I can play again, I may just have to avoid that specific area between Admag and the hive just in case the game loads a messed up mesh once again.

Unfortunately, I have no idea what could be causing this crash. I never had a crash using this mod during my tests.

Have you tried validating your game files?

Hi, I love your mod, it adds new content and makes the game feel more alive! I was hoping if you can help me, I am not 100% sure if it was your mod but whenever I travel between Admag and the closest Hive village, that area always insta-crashes my game, then when I looked at some of the logs its often listed as "wrong zone - feature: BlockyCubeCliff01." So far the game mods have not responded to any of my post, here's to hoping a modder might have insight.

Yep. This mod is the only one you should use, unless you don't like a certain town or run into compatibility issues, in which case use the modular offerings of the individual towns.

Don't see why it wouldn't be. Worst case, we plopped towns in the same spot, but that's why I offer modular versions of each of the bandit camps in this mod.
