This mod works to one AI of raid. And, only a few raids have the AI, the most famous is Black Dragon Assault. So, if what you say is not about raids, it doesn't not works.

I have a race feral hivers who always go in my house steel all food with my characters be hostile to them wil this stop it ?

Change AI priority of robbing foods some raids have. For example, Black Dragon Ninjas raid is.
They never go to food storage without victory.
