it's easier to hit "duplicate cell" when making merchant buildings so I don't have to make each from the floor up. Did you also like the "breakable wooden planks in the lower Mines?" I discovered that while playing Assassin's Creed Origins game. The King's Castle has a small village there too. The Player's Castle has a buyable deed sold by either the King or the Mayor; it is a spell tome and costs about 7,000 gold.

I like this mod as I am fond of alternate world mods in general. The players castle is quite big with plenty of npc's around all the basic needs but its a bit sterile, no real style or much in the way of decoration. All the village houses are basically carbon copies of the same 2 houses just with a different merchant in each. I am sure the mod author is still working on this and I hope they consider making each shop look more specialised in appearance inside but it all works perfectly as is so its not a big deal really.
My only other recommendation would be to switch the Players castle with the Kings Castle. it makes more sense for the king to live in the village castle and the player to live in his own castle outside the village but its not technically important either.
Btw I love the G.O.T reference with the king, you just need to make him unpleasent :)
