Hello, Is there a plan to support 1.4？there only need to modify one HarmonyPatch to use this in 1.4. If not, can I upgrade it?

WHAT THIS DOES:

This is a modding tool, for other mods to use. On its own, it likely does absolutely nothing to your game.

However, it allows modders to have different ways to do the same action. In the picture, it shows a possible use. Rapid fire vs precise fire. Rapid likely being low accuracy for shot speed, and precise being the opposite.

what does this mod even do? this might be the least informative title, picture, and description for a mod i've ever seen.

we could use this to make the rapid fire vs. aimed fire system, plus ammo system from CE. i don't want deadly bullets tho
