Report a translation problem
The run option is just a small feature which causes the letters R, U and N on the billboard to flicker. I felt it didn't really fit with the rest of the wallpaper (a bit too horror like xD) so i just made it an option if ya want a more creepy wallpaper :)
I believe that's an issue with wallpaper engine itself as my wallpaper should only be using 75mb of vram which is way below the limit of 250mb (according to the editor anyway). After some googling it's apparently a driver issue of some kind?

That's something you might have to talk with wallpaper engine support about, I'm not sure what could be causing that.. sorry :(
There should already be some lightning effects in there, they're just don't happen all that often :)
Try turning on the 'Audio Recording' option in the wallpaper if its still not working
