Here's what I would do to change it:
Make the blue version oh-so slightly darker red, and don't make it paintable. The gloves are what give Medic his team-recognizability and taking that away would seriously cause confusion if you had the cream spirit paint on his hands.

on one hand i love the idea, medic being well what we know of the man makes this item perfict but on the other hand do to team recognition having to make the hand blue on blu team kneecaps this idea and ends up making this item subpar at best, you did well in modeling but saddly i cant say i like this item just for the reasons i explained

I like it, fits the medic but the blood being blue for blu team feels kinda meh. It should maybe be the reddish orange hue of the in game blood instead by default.

I was thinking how cool it would be if some of the Meet the Medic models would be made into cosmetics, like the Scouts bruises or the Demo's head bandages & especially THIS, I love this right here!

I must say I think it would be best if it stayed red on both teams, I do like that you can color it & I think a 'clean' version would be nice to have, beside that, this is great cosmetic for Medic!
