On the top left are the costs of the building.
Right material costs minus revenue = generated profit
The generated profit is as high as the weekly cost.
If the profit is Daily (at least under 6 days) then the building is profitable.
Or do I have errors in my logic?

The FDA Does not Approve of this Factory, as many of its products, in the state of California, are known to cause cancer.
