I just realized there was no way to! After 2 long years of 0 updates, I have fixed the issue. There is now a stat-raising room up above the prison medbay, including a camera and an alternate way into the vents to leave the prison. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for playing my shitty map(s)!
