we have a Rochelle replacement we released on Game Maps.
I just simply forgot about it... and how it has a few issues to look into.

It would have the default Jockey hitbox. But when it's on someone's head it would look like it's on their face. In theory anyway. I don't know if L4D2 uses animation based hitboxes or if it's just the same hitbox at all times. If that were the case it wouldn't really work properly.

It can be done. You simply have to have the models position different relative to the hitbox.

I don't think it'd be possible due to how the game is coded and programmed.
At least, probably not without causing issues with consistency... limited to single player.
That being said, I'd be happy enough with the Half Life head crab as a jockey.
Wouldn't be surprised if it was already done by now.

Someone should make a mod that put the jockey on the face instead of the back of the head. Call it "Facefucker Jockey."

I'd be more concerned about being licked around by a smoker or humped about by a jockey.

I'm also doing this after surprisingly having a ban removed on a NSFW screenshot long ago.
I took a random wild shot in the dark shortly after the ban and contacted Support about it.
I was surprised how friendly (in addition to professional) they were about it and removed it.
I only regret I can't access that support ticket any more to screenshot it for verification.
It was so long ago it was back when the Left 4 Dead 2 "beta" was still a thing.

I can't find a mature tag, but I'll be sure to add it once I do (if there even is one).
All other requirements have been meet, however, should be good enough.
