If I change this value to 0%, does this mean that no matter how much ice melts there wont be land going underwater and sea level wont rise? or is that another setting? Trying to see if there is a way to have the rest of the climate stuff, but just no sea level change.

Steam likes to unsubscribe me from discussion threads of my own mods, so please only comment on the "Climate Balance" collection page for these from now on. Thanks. I won't see what you write here anymore.

the default setting is 45%.

Not sure if it's this mod...or one of the other's by JNR. But I have a Phase 8 Climate Change and it seems to bug out the game and stops the Forecast section (they all end up saying 0% for Chance and 'from Climate Change').

Additionally, 'Sea Level rises' says: +LOC_RANDOM_EVENT_SEA_LEVEL_RISE7_LONG_DESCRIPTION_JNR_CB

Playing with all the DLC except NFP.

what about less coastal flooding

Adjusted value to 60% to make it stand out from the default value a bit more. Still compatible with Primordial maps.

I get sea rising with this mod now. i set it to value 0 but tiles is going away. we talked about it before, is it anything with the update maybe?

Oh okay thank you! I look forward to it.

@Supercodplayer1995 I'm working on it. Requires a proper rebalancing of some other stuff, too, though (e.g. change in disaster frequency), so it will be a while.

Can you make a mod to slow global warming for the first few stages at least? They go through way too fast, before you can even unlock the techs to stop it.

Okey did not think of that. will find out. anyway thanks for helping :)

I would also recommend disabling the Flood Barriers then if you know how to, so the AI doesn't waste time building them (maybe they're smart enough to adapt automatically, idk).
JNR  [author] 17 Feb, 2019 @ 10:15am
yes, value 0 should do the trick then.
MoToX 17 Feb, 2019 @ 9:57am
yea okey. I want river flood, but no sea level rise because i dont want any tiles gone away from mthe map. so at value 0 i will get that? if this is possible
JNR  [author] 17 Feb, 2019 @ 8:53am
You mean sea levels drop and more land becomes available? No. Most likely you'll break the game though. I didn't test any values outside the 0 to 100 range, but I can't imagine good stuff happening in those cases.

If you just want less tiles flood than in the game (but still have some sea level rise), you would have to set a positive value between 0 and 30. At 0, there should be no sea level rise.

if i put minus infront of 50 i get less global warming?
