shit's old

I've managed to hit 130 knots with the Prop level at .49, so top speed 115 is a slight understatement.

Sir Murtak [108th]  [author] 12 Aug, 2020 @ 5:52am
Before anyone asks any other questions about this.
It won't be update in any way shape or form. If anything I would rather rebuild it from ground up.
legotrain15 12 Aug, 2020 @ 4:25am
i love this dc-3 so much but i was wanting to know if you can make a (buffalo airways) livery for it?
if you do not want to i can understand. have a nice day

Hey Sir Murtak, wanted to say that I love your DC-3, it's one of the smoothest, nicest flying planes I've found in Stormworks so far. I enjoy it so much that I couldn't help but convert it into "That's All Brother", the first C-47 to fly into Normandy during D-Day. All systems remain the same but I overhauled the fuselage and wings with the larger wedges and pyramids, gave it a C-47 bare-bones interior, and a mostly accurate recolor (including the distinctive zinc chromate primed interior).

I don't really care about having credit or good ratings or anything for myself, but I do feel "That's All Brother" is something worth sharing. With your permission I'd post this to the workshop myself, giving appropriate credit, or I could send you the craft file and you could add it to your own workshop, either would work for me.

Here's a screenshot of the C-47 conversion taking off:

Whats the best way to maintain an altitude, other than that a brilliant drive!
Bruh2 20 Sep, 2019 @ 12:19pm
Really wish this was water proof.
Tmccanna 6 Aug, 2019 @ 5:55am
why do the engines suddenly stall and cant be restarted
turbhoe 16 Jul, 2019 @ 4:36pm
it really doesn't matter as long as you don't share it but i mean i'm not him tho.
Tryler 9 Jun, 2019 @ 12:43am
Can I repaint it and redo the inside of it to a C-47? I won't upload it to workshop though. And I won't change any of the logic and all that.
Sir Murtak [108th]  [author] 8 Jun, 2019 @ 12:52am
I know what a C47 is. But I'm not making one.
Tryler 7 Jun, 2019 @ 11:34pm
You should make a C-47 Military dc-3. They were used for dropping paratroopers behind Normandy Beach on D-Day. Search it up, the colors are cool....

I don't know how "You turn". But I'd suggest familiarizing yourself with basic Knowledge of how to operate Planes.
The other Option you have is to experiment with which Button does what. My Special Tip of the Day is to take a closer look at the WASD Keys and on the Arrow Keys on your Keyboard. Of this is not what you want and you're actually asking me on how to turn the Engine on. - Please refer to the Instrutions above. If all of this doesn't help I'd suggest you try and check wether the Tailwheel Lock is engaged. If this is the Case, please proceed to turn it off.
jane.briggs 23 Feb, 2019 @ 2:54pm

Sir Murtak [108th]  [author] 18 Feb, 2019 @ 1:12am
No. There's no Plans for a Military Reskin. And ... I never build a Ju-52 :P
Internet Explorer 17 Feb, 2019 @ 7:22pm

Wiffles 17 Feb, 2019 @ 6:45pm

Wiffles 17 Feb, 2019 @ 6:44pm

Sir Murtak [108th]  [author] 17 Feb, 2019 @ 12:50pm
Ummmmm. No.
Internet Explorer 17 Feb, 2019 @ 12:42pm

GERUNIMO 17 Feb, 2019 @ 8:47am
For the record I'm not sure these planes even had altitude holds. They did it the old fashioned way, good piloting and a trim wheel :D
GERUNIMO 17 Feb, 2019 @ 8:45am
Asis stole the word right out of my mouth, ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!
Asis 17 Feb, 2019 @ 8:37am
Absulutly Beautiful.
Sir Murtak [108th]  [author] 17 Feb, 2019 @ 8:22am
Well, there's already a Altitude Hold included. It's just not wired up since I didn't want to test around and tune it atm. I'll probably add it in the Future. If you feel like you absolutely need it right now, feel free to connect a Keypad and a Toggle to the large Microprocessor that controls the Input from the Seats and Outputs to the Rudder. - This should work.
EngineerTF2 17 Feb, 2019 @ 8:12am
can there be auto level/pilot?
