Hi, does it change units in campaign too? Aztec first mission in Conquerors, I can make militia which looks 'Western' themed. Hmm. Using it with Omkar's mod

Yes I tried to track the artists but that war really hard, so I decided in the end to make the slx and slp files of the units myself, I think I'll make the mod for the old HD version tho, still not sure about DE as there are not so much articles and tutorials about the new game I am afraid.

@alessandro.ntnt Even tracking down all the original artists is impossible. Thank whom you can and be ready to be respectful if one of them messages you, but otherwise go nuts. I hope this new mod of your is for DE. No should still be on this outdated version!

Hi, first of all, thank you so much for this huge mod!
I have been playing with the slp files to create "my own civs" and now I was thinking about trying to work to a mod for the workshop in which I put around 5 fresh fantasy-like factions. And I was thinking of using some of the slp files in here to create the new units for the new civs. I wanted to ask u if u needed to ask the permission to all the artists that made these awesome slp files (graphic of units). Because if u did so I think I'll have a hard time in finding which artist did what graphic.

It's a pitty this project has been abandoned, because is maybe the best AOE mod, that a lot of AOE players were waiting for. I hope this project will be return again. Anyway, thanks for this great work we still senjoy.

@argos.odisseo HD's day is done unfortunately for us independent unit lovers. Omkar has an historical units and architecture mod for DE up. It's far more limited, using only art that already exists in the game, but it's the best we have for now.

@YuenHsiaoTieng they actually work for me, I just completed the first 3 stages of Joan d Ark and in all 3 the mod worked, the only confusing situation was with the teutons in the first stage of barbarrosas campaign, awesome mod btw

Further point of interest on top of the heavy cavalry archer issue: The Magyars are little disappointing, altogether. Were you planning on doing anything to them?

Great stuff, man. Point of interest, though: The Magyar heavy cavalry archer doesn't have a movement animation. It defaults to something else and reverts back when not moving.

Sorry if somebody has pointed this out already. There are over 200 comments, after all...

Cound't you apply the Magyar light cavalry set to the rest of Europe? It might not fit them exactly but at least is better than the vanilla units.
