i tried testing this with my server and i noticed that zombies can see you from a long way off as well as see through walls so i dont think this is currently working.

my zombies are walking fucked up like i can run past them and they wont go there agro but they move wired idk if i said that right you have to go back to the zombie and glitch him

I think most servers tend to use the version without long grass, due the fact the grass only renders at a certain distance, which gives an unfair advantage in pvp

It's ok, I installed the short grass version and it's working. Only thing I would say is that they still seem a little loud but it does the job. Thanks.

@Uncle Zed The mod works with dbo surfaces, but it does stop the high grass from working

I know using dbo surfaces, the regular high grass mod doesn't work. Is this the case with this mod as well? Will high grass work if I'm using dbo surfaces?

That would be cool, yeah the High Grass mod just changes the default length of all grass in the map. Your server owner would need use the other version and then manually edit the map to add more overgrown areas

It's not that I do not like tall grass, it's pretty, but on the server where I play, the grass is everywhere, we can not distinguish anything, the map has no relief, I think the owner of the server should put high grass, in the strategics zones (military bases) and some city, we do not see the zombies .... and I love it .... I hope he will correct that ... I really like this game and its graphics .... the map is really beautiful .... it only takes a good distribution of textures ....

I personally like the long grass. It's a separate mod by SmokeE that I included in this mod because the signature wasn't working at the time and I wanted to use it on my server. I understand that some people don't like it, so I uploaded the other version with default grass

I do not have a server, but I play on a server where this mod has just been added. For zombies no problem. But it's the grass, it completely transforms the map, there is no more relief, we do not see anything when we run ... there is not a square centimeter that is not covered. .... it would be necessary to put some here and there but not to cover the whole of the map ...
