Report a translation problem
1. Go to the main menu, click SETTINGS
2. Click on Graphics Quality (Video Card)
3. Un-check the box next to Enable Motion Blur.
4. Click OK
5. Click the second OK box.
6. wait 1 or 2 seconds, exit out of Mudrunner, then start it back up. The wheel blur should be gone.
If it isn't, you could have something wrong with your game, which might require a Mudrunner Forum post describing your issue, or a simple re-install of Mudrunner itself.
