perks will not disappear, it only increase the skill gain rate.

i disabled it so i can have perk tree mods but it keeped on crashing, how can you get rid of the mod and have skyrim not crash

im debating getting this, i want to be stronger quicker, but i dont want to go to fast, anything that is like, 2 times faster? or 1.5 times faster?
