YTramiro, все изменения — это набор команд, которые снижают качество текстур, убирают эффекты и удаляют ненужные элементы с карты. Вообще, Вам ничего не мешает зайти внутрь .vpk-файла и посмотреть содержимое.

To put the config on L4D1, you must copy the link of this page and paste it here — {LINK REMOVIDO} — then download and place the .vpk-file here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\left4dead\left4dead\addons.

The config contains a set of commands that optimize the game several times, which can cause a significant increase in FPS on weak PCs. I use it personally, since the computer itself is rather weak.
